I can't begin to thank  Aaron  and everybody at Mckecks for the amazing job they did hosting our daughter's wedding in September. With white linens, gold charger plates, sparkling glassware and flower centrepieces, the warm atmosphere of Mckecks was elevated to a very elegant venue. Even with 115 guests. Mckecks handled our lively group with gracious competence.The food surpassed our expectations. Not only was the food abundant and delicious, the presentation was what you would see in the fanciest of restaurants in Toronto. They even suggested the band, The Rockin' Bobs, who were terrific and kept us rocking into the wee hours. However, what was most important was the kindness and the care that Aaron and his  crew provided during the planning of Emily and Brendan's wedding ~ from the 'tasting' dinner months before, to coming to the cottage the week before the wedding to see where the ceremony/reception was being held and how best they could help out with serving the bubbly and hors d'oeuvres. The wedding was exactly what our kids had hoped it to be and we are so grateful that McKecks made the planning of this event so pleasurable and the day so perfect.                                                                  Amy and Sam Strauss

Thank you Mckecks Catering for an amazing catering job for our daughter's wedding. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and very tasty, chicken parmesan was also well enjoyed along with your fabulous sides and salads. Your excellent food, service and professionalism were commented on throughout the evening and into the next day. The Rotary Club of Minden hosted a dinner/auction for 170 people. Chef Aaron Walker served an exceptional meal of 2 varieties of salads, both unique, fresh and delicious. Main course of perfect, fresh roast beef, a variety of fresh vegetables, roast potatoes and pasta and desserts; delightful ; from exquisite chocolate mousse cakes to creme brulee.  Aaron and  staff working for hours to prepare lovely table settings that managed the huge task of obscuring the community centre plainness. Overall, a triple AAA experience for all. If you are planning a major event, Mckecks Catering should be at the top of your considerations.
